How do I set limited access to certain users in the Workbench?

Go into the Admin section and select Admin Groups from the left:

By default, you'll see an Administrators group where all users are automatically added to. 

You can add new groups and choose which sections of the Workbench they can access:

Then, you can go to Admin Users section and edit the specific users to make sure they're included in the desired group(s).
