Navigating to the Facet Keyword List - Summary

1. To navigate to the Facet Keyword List - Summary, click on “Reports“ from the top navigation
2. Next, you can either select “Facet Keyword List - Summary Report“ from the left navigation or select it from the Reports Home Page. Either link will take you to the Facet Keyword List - Summary report page.

Customizing the Facet Keyword List - Summary

1. Date Range: Select a date range of when to pull the data. There are several popular options included in the drop-down.
   1. --All--
   2. Last day
   3. Last 3 days
   4. Last Week
   5. Last 4 Weeks
   6. Last Month
   7. Last Year
   8. Other: Customized date range
2. Facet Name: Use the drop down menu to select any name of your facet
3. Visitor Targets: Use the drop down menu to select any of your visitor targets to display
4. Keyword: Enter a keyword (or keywords separated by commas) to display facet data for particular keywords
5. Facet Value: Enter the value within a facet that was selected by the user

Additional Options

1. Refresh: Clicking the "Refresh" button will cause the display of the reports to change according to your newest specifications.
2. Export: To export the report to an excel document, click on the "Export" button.
3. Clear: The "Clear" button will delete any changes that you have made.

Understanding Your Report

1. Table: The table shows the information about the selected facet and the associated keyword
   1. Facet name: name of facet that hold the value selected
   2. Facet value: value within the facet that was selected by the user
   3. Keyword: keyword used before selecting the facet value
   4. Nof Searches: number of times the keyword was used before selecting the facet value
2. Results Included: Control how many facets are displayed on one page by using the “Show“ pull down menu.
