Classic Reports

Classic Reports provide visibility into how visitors use HawkSearch and interact with search results, recommendations, and landing pages.

Reports are organized into three categories:

1. Search Reports: Review search volume, popular keywords, clicks, spelling suggestions, poor results, and attributed conversions.
2. Recommendation Reports: Monitor recommendation widget activity, engagement, and attributed conversions.
3. Landing Page Reports: Explore landing page activity and how visitors use facets, sorting, and pagination.
