Overview

The Visibility Rule Bulk Operation feature allows you to efficiently manage visibility rules in bulk. This functionality is essential for large-scale visibility rule management, enabling you to export and import visibility rule quickly and accurately. Follow the instructions below to perform visibility bulk operations using the dashboard.

Exporting Visibility Rule - Global

1. To navigate to the Visibility Global Rule Administration page, click on the "Workbench" tab in the top navigation bar.

2. Next, click on the "Merchandising" tab in the left navigation

3. Then click on the "Visibility Rules" from the menu.

4. Please click on the "Global Rules" tab, you will then be taken to the Visibility Global Rule Administration page.

5. Select the visibility global rule that you would like to export

6. Click on "Actions" then select "Export selected"

7. Finally click on "Download File" to download the XSLX file

   

   Exporting Visibility Rule - Conditional

1. To navigate to the Visibility Conditional Rule Administration page, click on the "Workbench" tab in the top navigation bar.

2. Next, click on the "Merchandising" tab in the left navigation

3. Then click on the "Visibility Rules" from the menu.

4. Please click on the "Conditional Rules" tab, you will then be taken to the Visibility Conditional Rule Administration page.

5. Select the visibility conditional rule that you would like to export

6. Click on "Actions" then select "Export selected"

7. Finally click on "Download File" to download the XSLX file

   

Importing Visibility Rules

Note

Please do not create a new XSLX file from scratch. Please download the template file provided on the dashboard and edit it if you prefer not to use the exported file.

The "Visibility Bulk Load" page streamlines your workflow by enabling you to upload multiple visibility rules simultaneously, saving you the time and effort of entering them individually.

1. To navigate to the Visibility Rule Bulk Load page, click on the "Workbench" tab in the top navigation bar.

2. Next, click on the "Merchandising" link in the left navigation

3. Then click on the "Visibility Rules" from the menu. You will then be taken to the Visibility Rules Administration page.

4. Select the "Bulk Load" tab at the top of the page.

5. Click "Upload" to upload your XSLX file

6. Select "Continue".

7. Confirm that your XSLX file had been uploaded properly and select "Import Visibility Rules" to start the process.

   

   
   

8. Remember to create a new index to ensure the new visibility rules take effect.
