Where can I see a detailed explanation for search results?

For example, you might be wondering why certain items are returned when searching for a specific keyword.

To view more details about each item, in our Preview tab, you can click on the gear icon at the bottom right:

From here, select "Turn On Advanced Explanation" - this will refresh the Preview tab:

Now if you hover over the Boost value for an item, then click on the Explain button:

You'll see the Advanced Explanation section:

• The first bullet point here lists all of the queryable Fields:

  

• The lines that contain "(MATCH)weight" reference the matching field and keyword
  In this case, we searched for "red jackets" - the first item matches on the "brand" field, which contains the keyword "red":
