Signing In Through HawkSearch

1. Log into HawkSearch using your existing HawkSearch account credentials to log in.
2. Navigate to the 'Reports' section
3. Click on "Start Your Report on e360"
4. You should be automatically logged into e360
   1. For existing users: If you already have an e360 account with the same email address as your HawkSearch account, you will be logged in with that account.
   2. For new users: If you are new to e360, the system will automatically create an e360 account using your HawkSearch account email. You can set the password by following the instructions here.
5. By default, the data of the reports in e360 will be from the HawkSearch engine you accessed. If you want to configure the reports for another engine, follow the instructions here.

Signing In Through eCommerce360

Returning Users can Sign in for dashboard application here.

The eCommerce360 Dashboard can only be accessed with a valid username and password. Depending on the sign in option used at the time of creating the account, you can login either by using your social media account or sign in with your email and password that was previously used to set up the account.
