Overview

HawkSearch and e360 now feature integrated Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality. This integration aligns account structures between the two platforms, allowing for seamless access and improved user experience.

How It Works

This SSO process is exclusively designed for users who have never created an account in e360.

1. Start by navigating to the Report section in the Workbench.

   

2. Look for a link that redirects to e360 and click on it
   

3. The SSO process will automatically:

   1. Create an e360 account for you

   2. Configure the HawkSearch settings within e360 for the engine you came from

      1. Domain

      2. API Key

         

Password Management

Since the account is created automatically by the system, to add or update your password, please refer to this article for password management.
