This hotfix release focuses on improving Smart Search / Unified Search accuracy, strengthening Search API performance and reliability, and expanding facet merchandising controls. It also includes Dashboard usability improvements and API updates for hierarchy data, cache invalidation, and large request handling.

Facet merchandising enhancements

• Boosting rules for facets
  Added support for keyword-based facet boosting, allowing specific facets to be promoted higher in the facet order for selected search terms.

• Sorting for facet filters by popularity
  Added a new facet sorting option, Most Clicked Descending, which allows facet values to be ordered based on click behavior.

Search API improvements

• Hierarchy API response improvements
  Updated the Hierarchy API so Url and ImageUrl properties are returned as expected.

Search accuracy and performance fixes

• Unified Search facet accuracy
  Fixed issues where Unified Search facet counts and values could differ from the actual visible result set in certain scenarios.

• Concept Search and Image Search facets
  Fixed an issue where facets were not returned correctly for Concept Search and Image Search when variant logic was enabled.

• Soft-deleted spellcheck and keyword replacements
  Updated Search API behavior so soft-deleted spellcheck and keyword replacement entries are excluded as expected.

• Auto Correct behavior
  Improved consistency for Auto Correct behavior in supported search scenarios.

Dashboard and operational fixes

• Keyword / spelling override editing
  Fixed an issue where the Save button could disappear when editing an existing keyword override or spelling override.

• Top 250 Facets report
  Fixed an issue where selecting View All from the Top 250 Facets report could result in a blank page.

• Dashboard error messaging
  Updated outdated Dashboard exception messaging.

• Concurrent cache invalidation
  Improved cache invalidation handling for cases where multiple invalidate-cache requests arrive at the same time.

• Advanced Preview Explain modal
  Fixed an issue where boost/bury conditions were not displayed correctly in the Advanced Preview Explain modal.
